Happy Monday, everyone!
What better way to kick off the week than with new patterns! I’m thrilled to share with you my latest pattern: The Bowdoin Hat
This slouchy beanie has a breezy lace stitch pattern and is knit the round. Named for Bowdoin College in Maine where my Civil War boyfriend Joshua Chamberlain was president for many years, I wanted this hat to be a go-to transitional weather hat. I know for me in the Windy City, the elements can have it out for me. One minute it’s scorching heat and humidity and the next it’s a cool breezy night. Bowdoin can handle it all!
Be sure to check out the entire Holla Knits Warm Weather Accessories collection issue. Allyson has made some additions to this issue that will make you flip your wig – I know I did! And be sure to check out some EXTRA TALENTED feet showing off Stefanie Goodwin-Ritter‘s awesome socks and the famous Adler dress in shots with Leah Coccari-Swift‘s slammin’ shawl. I modeled this collection from head to toe, guys, nbd.
More about this as we work through the Holla Knits Blog Tour. There will giveaways and reviews galore, so keep up with us!
